The Council may either suspend, not to exceed 60 days, or revoke any license issued pursuant to this title, for good cause, including a finding that the licensee has failed to comply with any applicable statute, regulation, code provision, or ordinance relating to the operation of the licensee. No suspension or revocation shall take effect until the licensee has been afforded an opportunity for a hearing pursuant to the provisions of M.S. §§ 14.57 through 14.69, as they may be amended from time to time.
