§ 90.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any alarm user who continues to use an alarm system without obtaining a permit as required by this chapter or after receiving notice of revocation or suspension of the alarm user’s permit by the Chief of Police or Fire Chief shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(B) Any person required by this chapter to obtain an alarm user’s permit who knowingly fails to do so shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
