§ 90.06 PERMIT FEES; EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL.
   (A)   The fee for an alarm user’s permit shall be as from time to time set by resolution of the Council.
   (B)   After expiration of an alarm user’s permit, no subsequent permit shall be required until the time when the alarm user incurs more than two false police alarms, or more than two false fire alarms within a 12-month period.
