§ 70.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (A)   Any term used in this title and defined in M.S. § 169.01, as may be amended from time to time, has the meaning given it by that statute.

   (B)   For the purpose of this title, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

      SNOW REMOVAL PERIOD. Begins when snowfall commences and ends 48 hours after snowfall ceases.
