Water service may be shut off at any stop box connection whenever:
(A) Violation of this chapter. The owner or occupant of the premises served, or any person working on any pipes or equipment thereon which are connected with the water system, has violated, threatens to violate, or causes to be violated, any of the provisions of this chapter;
(B) Unpaid charges. Any charge for water service, meter, or other financial obligation imposed on the present or former owner or occupant of the premises served is unpaid; or
(C) Fraud or misrepresentation. Fraud or misrepresentation by the owner or occupant of the premises served in connection with an application for service.
