§ 51.35 LISTING OF ACCOUNTS; PROPERTY OWNER RESPONSIBILITY.

All accounts shall be kept on the books of the city by the name of the owner of the property served. Because property owners are ultimately responsible for any incurred and unpaid charges, all bills and notices sent out by the city shall be sent to owner of the property served. If tenants desire personal notice, they shall file an application therefor with the city. Any error in address shall be promptly reported to the city.
