The Authority shall establish regular meeting dates and shall hold at least one regular meeting every other month, or as frequently as established by the EDA bylaws. Special meetings may be called by the President or by any two members of the Authority upon three-days’ notice to all members. The Authority shall establish and adopt rules of procedure as necessary. The Authority shall hold public hearings when required by city ordinance or any other applicable law, and it, or the Council, may, at their discretion, initiate any additional hearing they deem necessary.
