The Commission shall establish regular meeting dates and shall hold at least one regular meeting each month. Special meetings may be called by the Chairperson or by any two members of the Commission upon three-days’ notice to all members. The Commission shall establish and adopt rules of procedure as necessary. The Commission shall hold public hearings when required by city ordinance or any other applicable law, and it, or the Council, may, at their discretion, initiate any additional hearing they deem necessary.
