§ 33.16 APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS.
   All officers of the Fire Department, with the exception of the Chief of the Fire Department (Fire Chief), shall be appointed by the Council for three year terms. The Fire Department shall have officers subordinate to the Fire Chief as approved and appointed by the Council.
