§ 96.03 MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY.
   A private property owner is responsible for maintenance of the boulevard or unopened right-of-way directly abutting the owner's property. Such maintenance includes, but is not limited to, mowing grass, watering, and removing weeds.
