§ 111.10 LICENSE EXPIRATION; LICENSE NONTRANSFERABLE.
   (A)   All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on the date specified on the license.
   (B)   Any license issued under this chapter is nontransferable and shall entitle the holder thereof, for the period indicated therein, unless revoked, to sell or attempt to sell goods, wares, merchandise, food, services or subscriptions specified in the application within the town.
