§ 111.05 REGISTRATION CLERK.

The Town Marshal may appoint any person as agent of the Police Department to perform the clerical functions of accepting applications and accompanying documentation under this chapter; provided, that such agent shall not deny any application except upon the direction of the Town Marshal or the designee of the Town Marshal.
