§ 154.02 PERIMETER FOUNDATION.
   (A)   All buildings and improvements located on real estate in the town, which are intended to be utilized for residential housing, shall be placed on, anchored, and attached to and incorporated onto a permanent, fixed, solid perimeter foundation.
   (B)   This section may be enforced by the town through the county courts.
