§ 151.01 PLANNING AND ZONING.

(A) The town does hereby adopt by reference the provisions of county Ord. 2012-06, and does designate the County Area Planning Commission as its planning and zoning agency.

(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain a copy of this section, together with county Ord. 2012-06, in the manner the town ordinances are kept and available for public inspection.
