(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Failure to provide a “utility locate ticket” to the town utility personnel when requested, after damage to the town’s utility lines or appurtenances from improper excavating, demolishing, or digging, will also result in a fine of $200 that may be collected as such fines and penalties are collected by the town’s Ordinance Violations Bureau.
