The Town Council hereby adopts the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq. as its “unsafe building law”, and hereby designates the County Building Inspector or any other official appointed by the Town Council as the inspector for enforcement of these ordinances and designates the Town Council as the “hearing authority” for said town, and hereby adopts the definitions and standards as defined in said statutes.
