§ 92.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person or child violating any of the provisions of § 92.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $10.

(C) Any person violating § 92.02 shall be subject to a fine of up to $250 and may be prosecuted through the town’s Ordinance Violation Bureau, as established by §§ 33.01 through 33.05.

(D) Any violation of § 92.03 shall result in the imposition of a fine of $50 upon the violator and the fine may be enforced through legal procedures within the county’s court system.
