§ 91.16 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   WEEDS AND OTHER RANK VEGETATION. Includes the following:
      (1)   Noxious weeds as defined in I.C. 15-3-4.6-2 and detrimental plants as defined in I.C. 15-3-4-1, grass over eight inches in height and any other plant, weed or rank vegetation over eight inches in height, which are not mowed at least once a month in April and October, and at least twice a month during the months of May through September.
      (2)   Trees, limbs, branches, shrubbery, or other vegetation with less than 14 feet clearance over, along, and across streets or alleyways, or less than eight feet clearance over, along, or across the sidewalks;
      (3)   Trees, limbs, branches, shrubbery, or other vegetation that prevents adequate visibility at street and alley intersections or which blocks the view of any street or traffic sign, signal, or device;
      (4)   Shrubbery or vegetation in excess of three feet in height within a radius of 20 feet from the point where the curb line of any street intersects the curb line of another street;
      (5)   Unmowed grasses or other vegetation in excess of eight inches in height or that are not mowed at least once a month during the months of April through October;
      (6)   Trees, limbs, branches, shrubbery, or other vegetation that interferes with street lights, the convenient maintenance of street lights, or obstructs the light from street lights;
      (7)   Any trees, shrubbery, or unauthorized vegetation planted within the public right-of-way of any street, alley, or public way;
      (8)   Trees, limbs, branches, shrubbery, or other vegetation which creates or constitutes a hazard to the pedestrians, passersby, or the public;
      (9)   Grass clippings, mowed grass, mowed leaves, mowed debris cast or blown onto or into the town’s streets, curbs or alleys;
      (10)   Animal matter including but not limited to carcasses, skeleton or feces;
      (11)   Trash including but not limited to appliances, furniture or rubbish of any kind; and
      (12)   Any disagreeable substances which may be harmful, hazardous, poisonous and odorous or which may breed insects or draw vermin.
