§ 71.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to regulate and control the operation of golf carts, low-speed vehicles, and off-road vehicles within the corporate limits of the town, pursuant to I.C. 9-21-1-3(a)(14) and I.C. 9-21-1-3.3.
