(A) All semi trailer traffic is hereby prohibited on the streets and alleys of the town not otherwise designated as state, county, or United States highways, except Wilson Street, Eckert Street, and Railroad Avenue within the town.
(B) All semi trailer parking is hereby prohibited on the streets and alleys within the town not otherwise designated as state, county, or United States highways.
(C) A SEMI TRAILER is hereby defined as every vehicle without motive power, designed for carrying property, and for being drawn by a motor vehicle, and so constructed that some part of its weight and that of its load rests upon, or is carried by, another vehicle, except every pole trailer, every two-wheeled homemade trailer, and a semi trailer used exclusively for carrying passengers.
