The Wastewater Superintendent shall, on a yearly basis, publish a listing of individual significant industrial users (SIUs) permitted by the town found to be in significant noncompliance (SNC) during the previous 12-month period. The notice shall be placed in the legal notice section of the newspaper of largest circulation within the town. This listing shall include the name of SIU and the basis for SNC determination.
