Any property producing sewage or similar waste whose boundary lines lie within 300 feet of a town wastewater collection main shall be required to connect to the town’s wastewater collection system. Use of privies, cesspools, septic tanks, and similar structures shall be discontinued and prohibited. The Clerk-Treasurer may apply to the county courts for an order directing the required connection to wastewater mains and discontinuance of prohibited uses.
