(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In the event § 52.03(L) is violated, the town may charge the violator for the costs of any corrective action and may impose a fine of up to $500, said costs and fine may be legally pursued and collected by the Clerk-Treasurer who is hereby authorized to pursue such legal remedies in any court of law to that end.
