§ 52.22 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE.
   (A)   The town shall have the right to discontinue service to a customer for the following reasons:
      (1)   Failure to timely pay charges and bills for service within ten days of their being due; or
      (2)   Interfering with or destroying any gas appurtenances or appliances belonging to the utility.
   (B)   Upon the failure of a customer to pay any gas bill within ten days of its being due, the town has the right to discontinue gas service by shutting off the service at the gas main. A past due date notation on the customer’s prior utility bills shall serve as the only notice to the customer of said shutoff date for nonpayment. Service to the customer shall not be restored until payment of all outstanding utility charges including the current month’s bill, any delinquencies, and the reconnection fee is made.
