§ 52.18 SURCHARGE FOR OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS.

A gas surcharge of $0.50 per each 1,000 cubic feet of gas shall be added to the usual rates and charges for gas service to those customers of said gas utility that are located outside the corporate boundaries of the town, and shall be included in the monthly billings therefor.
