Usage of gas will result in the following rates and charges for the quantity of gas supplied during each monthly billing period:
(A) First 800 cubic feet: $7.43 per 1,000 cubic feet;
(B) Next 1,200 cubic feet: $5.98 per 1,000 cubic feet;
(C) Next 98,000 cubic feet: $5.58 per 1,000 cubic feet; and
(D) Over 100,000 cubic feet: $5.32 per 1,000 cubic feet.
