(A) Each customer shall pay a minimum monthly gas meter charge per meter in accordance with the type of meter installed, to-wit:
(1) Residential(R-275 meters): $5 per month;
(2) Small commercial (415 to 900 series meters): $12 per month; and
(3) Medium and large commercial and industrial (rotary meters): $25 per month.
(B) In addition, there will be a $300 service reconnection charge for reconnection of service meters, which shall be paid prior to meter reconnection.
