The town has previously established rates and charges and fees for the provision of gas to its customers by previously adopted Ords. 2000-1, 2006-2, 2006-9, 2007-2, and 2007-5, which rates and charges and fees are restated herein.
(A) In the case of rental property or property purchased on installment land sale contract, both the renter/purchaser and the property owner shall be responsible for any unpaid gas utility bills.
(B) Each customer shall pay a minimum monthly rate in accordance with the type of the meter installed and the amount of gas usage. The rates and charges of the town municipal gas utility are established by ordinance duly adopted by Town Council for the town and are as follows.
