The town shall charge a rate of $55 per hour for the services of town employees; the rate of $110 per hour for use of the town's machinery including but not limited to bobcats, backhoes, and dump trucks; and the rate of $65 per hour for the use of the town's equipment for mowing and weed control including but not limited to mowers and weed eaters. Hourly charges will be prorated. Charges will apply when performed at the property owner’s request or when performed due to neglect or damage caused by a property owner not the fault of the town or its employees.
