§ 34.01 SEWAGE UTILITY DEPRECIATION FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created the town’s Sewage Utility Depreciation Fund.
   (B)   The Fund shall be used exclusively for the payment of the cost of improvements and replacements to the sewage works as a result of depreciation of the works.
   (C)   The sum of $1,000 per month shall be paid into the Fund for such purposes beginning with the rates and charges of the sewage utility collection in December, 1986.
