1. A 20-foot minimum width and length for dwelling structures in: A Agriculture District, R-l Single-Family Residential District, R-2 One- and Two-Family Residential District, R-3 Multi-Family Residential District, R-B Residential - Business District, B-l General Business District, B-2 Highway Commercial District, Zoning Classification areas.
2. Minimum Width and Length. Except as otherwise provided, no dwelling structure shall be erected or placed in this district unless it has a minimum width of 20 feet and a minimum length of 20 feet. For the purpose of determining the minimum width of dwelling structure shall be used, excluding non-habitable spaces.
