CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF OSCEOLA, IOWA
3.02   DIVISION INTO PRECINCTS.
The City is divided into three precincts described as follows:
(Code of Iowa, Sec. 372.4 and 372.13[7])
1.   The First Precinct shall consist of the First Ward.
2.   The Second Precinct shall consist of the Second Ward.
3.   The Third Precinct shall consist of the Third Ward.
