28.01 NUMBER AND TERM OF BOARD.

The Board of Adjustment, hereinafter called Board, previously created shall continue to consist of five (5) members. The terms of office of each member of the Board shall be staggered and for five (5) years. Each member shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by the City Council.
