The City is divided into three wards described as follows:

1. First Ward. The First Ward consists of an area generally west and north of Second Ward and Third Ward, generally west and north of a line described as:

Commencing on the centerline of S Ridge Road at the south city limits; thence north along the centerline of S Ridge Road to the centerline of W Cass Street; thence east and northeast along the centerline of W Cass Street to the centerline of S Vale Street; thence north along the centerline of S Vale Street to the centerline of W Washington Street; thence east along the centerline of W Washington Street to the centerline of S Delaware Street; thence north along the centerline of S Delaware/N Delaware Street to the centerline of W Clay Street; thence east along the centerline of West Clay Street to the centerline of N Main Street; thence south along the centerline of N Main Street to the Railroad ROW; thence northeast along the Railroad ROW to the centerline of E Ayers Street; thence east along the centerline of E Ayers Street to the centerline of N Kossuth Street; thence south along the centerline of N Kossuth Street to the centerline of E Clay Street; thence east along the centerline of E Clay Street to the East City limits.

2. Second Ward. The Second Ward consists of an area generally described as south and east of First Ward, west of Third Ward, contained within the area described as:

Commencing on the centerline of S Ridge Road at the south city limits; thence north along the centerline of S Ridge Road to the centerline of W Cass Street; thence east and northeast along the centerline of W Cass Street to the centerline of S Vale Street; thence north along the centerline of S Vale Street to the centerline of W Washington Street; thence east along the centerline of W Washington Street to the centerline of S Delaware Street; thence north along the centerline of S Delaware/N Delaware Street to the centerline of W Clay Street; thence east along the centerline of West Clay Street to the centerline of N Main Street; thence south along the centerline of N Main/S Main Street to the center line of W McLane/E McLane Street; thence east along the center line of E McLane Street to the centerline of S Park Street; thence south along the centerline of S Park Street to the Centerline of E Fayette Street; thence east along the centerline of E Fayette Street to the centerline of S Kossuth Street; thence south along the centerline of S Kossuth Street to the south city limits.

3. Third Ward. The Third Ward consists of an area generally described as south of First Ward, east of Second Ward, generally south and east of the line described as:

Commencing on the centerline of E Clay Street; thence west along the center line of E Clay Street to the centerline of N Kossuth Street; thence north along the centerline of N Kossuth Street to the centerline of E Ayers Street; thence west along the centerline of E Ayers Street to the Railroad ROW. Thence southwest along the Railroad ROW to the centerline of N Main Street; thence south along the centerline of N Main/S Main Street to the center line of W McLane/E McLane Street; thence east along the center line of E McLane Street to the centerline of S Park Street; thence south along the centerline of S Park Street to the Centerline of E Fayette Street; thence east along the centerline of E Fayette Street to the centerline of S Kossuth Street; thence south along the centerline of S Kossuth Street to the south city limits.
