Whenever there is doubt as to the classification of a use not specifically listed or mentioned in these regulations, the determination shall be made by the Planning and Zoning Commission within a reasonable time, but not exceed 60 days. Such determination shall state the districts in which the proposed use will be permitted and whether it is a permitted use, a special use, or conditional use in keeping with the intent of these regulations. The determination of the proposed use shall be effective immediately and the Zoning Administrator shall use such determination in issuing permits. Application for determination shall be made in writing. No specific form is required.
