CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF OSCEOLA, IOWA
15.03   APPOINTMENTS.
The Mayor shall appoint the following officials:
(Code of Iowa, Sec. 372.4)
1.   Mayor Pro Tem
2.   Police Chief, with approval of Council
3.   Library Board of Trustees, with approval of Council
4.   Water Utility Board of Trustees, with approval of Council
5.   Park and Recreation Board, with approval of Council
6.   Airport Management Commission, with approval of Council
7.   Historic Preservation Commission, with approval of Council
