122.07 MOBILE FOOD UNIT LICENSE. Before a license under this chapter is issued to a mobile food unit, an applicant shall provide to the Police Chief evidence that the applicant has license to operate as a mobile food unit through the Iowa Department of Inspection and Appeals.
