The City agrees it will not permit or grant approval for any development, construction or land uses in the City that would result in or cause the Company’s Facilities to violate setback requirements, safety requirements or any other provision of the National Electric Safety Code or any law, regulation or ordinance of the State of Iowa, Clark County or the City.
