All transmission and distribution structures, poles, lines and equipment installed or erected by the Grantee pursuant to the terms hereof shall be so located as to cause minimum interference with the proper use of public ways, and with the rights and reasonable convenience of property owners who own property which adjoins any of said public ways. Grantee will obtain permission from property owners to use their property for cable construction when public ways are not available.
