106.07   COLLECTION FEES.
The collection and disposal of solid waste as provided by this chapter are declared to be beneficial to the property served or eligible to be served and there shall be levied and collected fees therefor in accordance with the following:

1.   Fees. The fees for solid waste collection and disposal service, used or available, are as follows:
   A.   For one- and two-family residences, the fee shall be $22.28.

   B.   For commercial, industrial and institutional customers, fees shall be negotiated between the customer and the collector and paid directly to the collector.
   C.   For every person whose premises is within the City limits and is now or hereafter directly or indirectly served by a connection to the City’s sewer system or water system, there shall be a sanitary landfill maintenance fee in an amount fixed by resolution of the Council.
2.   Payment of Bills. All fees are due and payable under the same terms and conditions provided for payment of a combined service account on the Osceola Municipal Utilities bill.
