CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF OSCEOLA, IOWA
96.02   PERMIT FEE.
The person who makes the application shall pay to the Clerk a fee in an amount set by resolution of the Council to cover the cost of issuing the permit and supervising, regulating, and inspecting the work.
