It is unlawful to park on a public street, ground or parking lot any stock truck, stock trailer, garbage truck or vehicle used to haul carcasses or dead animals, manure or other offal or obnoxious matter which has not been cleaned or its contents sealed in a container so as to prevent the emission of obnoxious or foul odors.
