47.17 DOMESTIC ANIMALS.

No domestic animal or privately owned animal shall be allowed to run at large in any area. Any animal shall be deemed at large unless the owner carries the animal, leads it by leash of not more than six feet or keeps it confined or attached to a vehicle. Riding of horses is restricted to areas set aside for such use.
