47.11 LITTER.

No person shall deposit or abandon in any area any garbage, sewage, refuse, trash, waste or other offensive material, except in receptacles or pits provided for this purpose. It is unlawful to transport garbage, refuse or litter into any area for the purpose of disposing of the material in any refuse or litter container in any area.
