CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF OSCEOLA, IOWA
47.09   FIRES.
It is unlawful to cause or start any fire within any area except in those areas or portions of areas that have been designated as fire allowable areas. Such fires shall be built in picnic stoves or other equipment provided by the City.
