It is unlawful for any person under legal age to enter, remain in or frequent a business establishment holding a retail alcohol license unless over 50 percent of the dollar volume of the business establishment comes from the sale and serving of prepared foods. This section does not apply to holders of a Class “B” retail alcohol license or an establishment employee when employed in compliance with State law.
