(A) Superseding previous ordinances. This subchapter governing sewer use, industrial wastewater discharges, sewer service charges and sewer connections and construction shall supersede all previous ordinances of the city.
(B) Invalidation clause. Invalidity of any section, clause, sentence or provision in this subchapter shall not affect the validity of any other section, clause, sentence or provision of this subchapter which can be given effect without invalid part or parts.
(C) Amendment. The city, through its duly authorized officers, reserves the right to amend this subchapter in part or in whole whenever it may deem necessary.
