§ 52.07 ENTRY OF EASEMENTS.
   (A)   Right of entry. The approving authority or other duly authorized employees or agents of the city, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation or testing, all in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   Safety. While performing the necessary work on private premises referred to in this section, the duly authorized municipal employees shall observe all safety rules applicable to the premises established by the person.
   (C)   Identification; right to enter easements. The approving authority or other duly authorized employees of the city, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter all private properties through which the city holds an easement for the purpose of, but not limited to, inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, repair and maintenance of any portion of the sewage works lying within the easement, all subject to the terms, if any, of the easement.
