§ 36.03 DECISIONS.
   (A)   Within 60 days after filing of a request for variance or an appeal from an administrative order or determination, the Board of Adjustments shall set a date for hearing thereon, and shall hear the persons as wish to be heard, either in person or by agent or attorney.
   (B)   Notice of any like hearing shall be mailed not less than 10 days before the date of hearing to the person or persons who filed the appeal or request, and, in the case of a request for a variance, to each owner of property situated wholly or partly within 200 feet of the property to which the variance relates, insofar as the names and addresses of the owners can be determined by the Clerk/Treasurer from records available to the public.
   (C)   Within a reasonable time after the hearing, the Board shall make its order deciding the matter and serve a copy of the order upon the applicant or the petitioner by mail.
   (D)   Any interested party may, within 45 days of the date the decision is made, to appeal the decision to the District Court.
