The following words when used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the content clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LODGING TAX BOARD. The LODGING TAX BOARD, or the appointed agent of the Board, shall be the Osakis Economic Development Authority.
OPERATOR. An OPERATOR who provides lodging to others, or any officer, agent, directors, shareholders, members of employee of the OPERATOR located within the city limits.
OSAKIS TOURISM AND VISITOR’S BUREAU. The OSAKIS TOURISM AND VISITOR’S BUREAU, or the appointed agent of the Bureau, as the city in an area-wide local lodging tax, hereinafter referred to as “Bureau.”
